Refund policy

You may exchange or return online purchases within 14 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and unopened packaging, unless there is a manufacturer's defect.


Ecom Return Policy

  • Online Exclusive: Ecom purchases can be returned online only.

  • Submission: Return requests can be submitted through our official Return Form.

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery (shortened to 7 days in the case of a specific event).

  • Condition: Items must be in original packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not applicable on heavy equipment that has been assembled (Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes, Home Gyms, Trampolines, Jacuzzis, etc.), as well as underwear, swimwear, socks, and fragrances.

  • Refund Method: Once the return reaches our premises, we will send you an E-gift card for the amount of your purchase.

  • Processing Time: Return requests can take up to 9 working days for the item to reach our warehouse. Once received and inspected, your gift card will be issued and sent via email.

  • Usage: E-gift cards can only be used for online purchases.


Ecom Exchange Policy

  • In-Store Only: You can only exchange an online purchase at one of our ClassSport branches.

  • Timeframe: You may exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requirements: Your Ecom receipt must be presented physically at the branch.

  • Condition: Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Sizing: Prices are disregarded when exchanging for a different size of the same item.

  • Vouchers: Gift or cash vouchers are not permitted; you must exchange for an item of the same or higher value.

  • Credit Value: Items returned will be honored at the original purchased price.

    • Example: If an item was bought for $100, and the price at the time of exchange is $80, you will still be credited the full $100.

  • Online Exclusives: Items marked as "Online Exclusive" cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.


Gift Cards and Refunds

  • Validity: For returns, we offer an E-gift card with an expiry date of 1 year.

  • Defective Products: If a product is delivered defective, we offer a full cash refund or an E-gift card.

  • Shipping Fees: We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees paid on the order.

  • Shipping Errors: If you receive the wrong order, we will prioritize finding your missing item or suggesting a suitable alternative.


Cancellation

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Late Cancellation: If you wish to cancel after the 2-hour window, the original shipping fees will be charged.


International Orders

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns for orders placed outside of Lebanon.

  • If an item is defective, please note that import duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
