These are the terms and conditions of supply for www.class-sport.com (Site).
class-sport.com is operated by ClassSport S.A.L. trading as ClassSport (we, us and our). We are a joint stock company, registered in Baabda (Lebanon). Our registered company number is 27700, and our registered office is at Mansourieh El Metn Highway, ClassSport Building. Our VAT registration number is 9281-601.
Your purchase of any of the products offered on this Site (Products) is subject to these terms and conditions and by placing an order for any Product you agree to be bound by them. You confirm that you are of full age or have received parental permission and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and to subsequently place an order on class-sport.com for Products. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the following additional terms also apply to your use of class-sport.com and its associated features:

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by changing them on class-sport.com, although no such change will affect any order you have already placed with us.
ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY
Products may be ordered by clicking on the items you wish to purchase and then following the prompts that will appear on-screen. You may check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order to us on the checkout page.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving you an order reference number. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obligated to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept any order. You do, however, acknowledge that by submitting your order, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s) in the event that your order is accepted by us.
The contract between you and us in relation to the Products ordered (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation e-mail. After entering into the Contract, we will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the Contract. We will send you an email confirming when the Product has been dispatched together with (where applicable) a tracking number.
Our product and service offers apply for as long as they remain visible on class-sport.com, except when special offers are available, in which case the term of validity of those offers will be stipulated on class-sport.com.
If an item ordered is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order, in which case you will be notified accordingly. class-sport.com may also offer to replace the unavailable item with a similar item of similar quality with your prior agreement. You may access and review orders placed by you on class-sport.com by going to "My Account."
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Products ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection. Ownership of the Products ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including any delivery charges, has been received.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of Products is as quoted on class-sport.com. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added to the total amount due once you have selected your chosen delivery method.
class-sport.com contains a large number of Products and it is possible that some may be incorrectly priced. We verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card, via our secure payment gateway, or by using the ClassSport Cash on Delivery service on the checkout page.
We will charge your credit or debit card for full payment as soon as we pick the first item of your order in the warehouse. Please note that your card issuer may "ring-fence" (reserve) the amount of any order before we pick the first item. Online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer; we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Except in relation to certain Products (such as hygiene-sensitive items), you may cancel a Contract at any time before your order is delivered and up to seven (7) days afterwards. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy. You may return or exchange most new items sold by ClassSport within seven (7) days from your purchase, in the original unused condition and unopened packaging.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, you may have legal remedies available to you. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing to info@class-sport.com, giving your name, address, and order reference.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Detailing seen on-screen (color, pattern, texture) depends on your monitor and may not exactly reflect the actual Product. Any information on class-sport.com regarding sizing is included as a guide only. Certain Products sold on class-sport.com are covered by a sales warranty for the term stipulated on the relevant product information page.
OUR LIABILITY
In no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses. Any liability we do have for losses you suffer arising from any Contract shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant Products and is strictly limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control.
GENERAL
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Lebanese law, and you agree that any dispute between you and us regarding them or any Contract will only be dealt with by the courts of Jdeideh.
