Founded in 1984 as a family-owned business by the El Hage family, the company opened its first branch in Mansourieh, Lebanon. Initially a small retail outlet, ClassSport expanded steadily over the years, offering clothing, shoes, and sporting accessories from leading international brands. The company continued to grow, opening several new retail locations in key areas across Lebanon. In addition to retail, ClassSport also excels in wholesale, distributing and reselling international brands like PEAK, ARENA, BODYSCULPTURE, MATRIX, HARROWS, ICEPEAK, SUPRA, VENUM, JACK WOLFSKIN, and DESPI to over 77 retail shops throughout Lebanon, the Middle East, and Africa.
In 2010, ClassSport diversified by launching a new venture: ClassSport Gym & Spa, combining fitness and retail in a unique concept. This pioneering approach in the Lebanese and Arab markets allows customers to shop while enjoying fitness services in the same location. The Gym & Spa center features more than 50 machines, with over 380 members benefiting from cardio and weight training, group fitness classes, nutrition services, and medical and relaxation massages, among other offerings.
